The Boat:
Recently fitted out sailaway from Orchard Boats. Currently on a permanent mooring just outside Windsor, with the option of staying on the mooring.
One of a kind and totally wood panelled from front to back. Amazing steel bench seating to the rear. Another outside seating area to the front of the boat.
Only been in the water for 18 months. Full Webasto central heating, 3 large radiators and a towel rail. 6 port holes to the front of the boat for maximum privacy for bedroom and bathroom. 4 Large windows toward the living areas of the boat. 240v plugs throughout the cabin. 12v Water and lighting systems.

The Current Owners:
We have spent the last 9 months painstakingly fitting out this boat to be our forever home on the water. However an unexpected growing family is forcing the sale. We have lovingly designed our boat for maximum comfort living. We have put a huge amount of hours into the work and are now looking for some one to take the opportunity of owning this wonderfully unique boat.
The Mooring:
A riverside mooring on the Thames with Electric and Water points along with parking. Space for Outside Furniture is available and straight out onto gorgeous walks along the tow path. 20min Walk away from Windsor Castle.
