‘Dez Rez’ is a lovely, clean and comfortable 4 berth traditional narrowboat, commissioned by Severn Valley Boat Centre on 01/10/2004 for her original owner.
She has been in the hands of the current owner for over 3 years and is now offered for sale well-equipped and in excellent condition.
She has been moored in a secure marina by the current owner, but is equipped for ‘off grid’ living, including solar panels and a Squirrel Morso stove with back boiler to two radiators.
A new Safety certificate was issued in July 2024 – passed first time, no advisories.
Engine last serviced August 2023.
New leisure batteries September 2023.
New starter battery July 2024.
