KITCHEN
Breakfast bar, fridge with ice box, utensil drawer, sink on a double cupboard, oven/grill/hob (gas and electric) with cupboards either side, kickboard drawers.
There are gunnel wall storage cupboards opposite the kitchen

LIVING AREA
Boatmans stove, storage cupboards, 2 fairly new, very comfortable Ikea wingback (£230 each) chairs, hatch to open up to wonderful views, Canal map booklets.

Either side of the steps in/out are cupboards containing the hot water tank and a Victron 1200 Inverter (2018) as well as plenty of storage

REAR
Under the deck is a recently serviced Isuzu 25 engine and gearbox which has done under 840 hours at the time of writing which is quite low. There is also the Webasto Thermo Top central heating/hot water unit. A brand new starter batter hides under there as well as 3 big leisure batteries.
