Springer Waterbug Narrowboat – Harvest Moon
Built out of steel around 1990 (exact year is not known), Harvest Moon was last surveyed in May 2023, last out of the water in March 2025. She has had a lot of work completed since her last survey, including 4mm overplating all the way round on the back and sides, fitting of 6 magnesium anodes to the hull, complete replacement of the interior electronics and lights, new mahogany doors, and a section of the rear deck has also been replaced. A diesel heater was fitted in 2024 and the plumbing has also recently been replaced, including a new water pump. A water heater is not currently fitted but this would be a very easy modification to make.
