We’re offering for sale our beloved floating home 🙂 This 1996 70ft Traditional Stern Peter Nicholls narrowboat is ready to move into with everything you need for your canal life. It has a BRAND NEW Beta 43 engine, fitted Jan 2021.
Blacked Jan 2021 with full set of new anodes.
Boat Safety valid until 2025 (just passed with flying colours).
From front to back here’s a tour:
Large front deck: spacious open area perfect for sitting out in the warmer weather and relaxing 🙂 Room for lots of planted pots/storage. The gas locker is in the bow with two gas bottles. 250 gallon water tank and 250 gallon diesel tank. Roof overhang to keep the rain off the front doors.
Lounge: Through front doors down storage steps. Morsø Squirrel multi fuel log burner with terracotta tile surround. TV unit with storage, really comfy double sofa bed (or space for one if you want to bring your own!) LED lighting with vintage barrel casings for the wires. 12v charging sockets. Four portholes and roof window hatch.
