30ft Narrowboat
Sellers description… Mary has been a great first boat for us, but the time has come to look for something a bit bigger.
Here are the details I have about mary,
Mary is a 1986 cruiser stern narrowboat.
2019 she had 3 coats of epoxy resin, new hull survey and the weed hatch gasket done.
Mary has a 3 cylinder 20hp vetus engine, which had a full service at the start of 2021. At this time she had 4 new engine mounts, new starter motor & a new drive shaft coupling.
A new starter battery was put on at the start of 2021. You also have 4 leisure batteries.
Inside the boat has had a complete new fit out, by the previous owner, with 2x240w solar panels and 40a solar controller fitted, also 240v sockets fitted in boat run by a 1600w inverter (fitted august 2021). 12v led lighting fitted with switch & remote control. Usb sockets on the walls and light exraction fan in the shower.
The boat has a 12v shoreline fridge, a thetford stove parker oven, run off 13kg gas bottles (which are fitted with a bubble tester), in the gas locker. Hot water is run by a paloma water heater. Freshwater has a carbon water filter run by a jabsco water pump. The large shower has a whale gulper 220 pump fitted.
